This policy explains what information I Buy It Inc. ("we", "us") collects through www.ibuyitinc.com, who receives it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

Information you give us

When you request an evaluation, call, text or email us, we collect what you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address, the property location, a description of your items, and photos. We use it only to review your items, respond to you, arrange a visit, and complete a purchase or consignment.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, the following services may receive technical information from your browser:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse. It processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver and secure the site.
• Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) loads the analytics and advertising tags below. It runs only on our live domain, and only after you accept cookies.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and referring site — using cookies. Only with your consent.
• Google Ads (Google LLC) measures whether our ads lead to enquiries and shows our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing), using cookies. Only with your consent.

We do not use call-tracking numbers, chat widgets or social media pixels on this site.

Your choices

• Cookie preferences. Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you choose “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page.
• Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of analytics and advertising cookies. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals separately.
• Google’s own controls. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com and block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Sharing

We share personal information only with the service providers named above, as needed to run the site, and when required by law. Google Ads remarketing may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law; declining cookies or sending a Global Privacy Control signal opts you out of it.

Your California privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies to us, California residents may ask to know what personal information we hold about them, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not treat you differently for making a request. To make one, contact us using the details below.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry details and photos for as long as we need them to respond and to keep records of purchases and consignments, then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or email transfer is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
