Estate Clearouts

Complete estate clearouts in Southern California

One call empties the property. We evaluate the entire contents, buy or consign everything of value, donate what's usable, and dispose of the rest. You end up with an emptied property and one point of contact for the whole process.

Liquidating an estate can be stressful and emotional. We take the time to understand your situation and the estate before we begin, and we tell you honestly what has value and what doesn't.

What a clearout includes

  • Evaluation of the entire contents of the property
  • Valuable items purchased outright (paid at pickup) or consigned to auction
  • Usable items donated
  • Everything that can’t be sold or donated disposed of
  • One point of contact from first call to empty property

We buy or consign items with real resale value. Ordinary household contents are still handled as part of the clearout, so you never need to pre-sort. See what we buy

How a clearout works

  1. 01

    Send photos & location

Photos of each room as it is, plus the property location — through the form, by email or by text. Please don’t sort or throw anything away first.

  2. 02

    Visit & evaluation

We respond within 24 hours and schedule a visit, typically within five days and sometimes same-day. We evaluate the entire contents of the property.

  3. 03

    Your plan

We recommend the right approach — complete clearout, whole estate buyout or cleanout-only — and discuss pricing and timing for your estate individually.

  4. 04

    Valuables bought or consigned

Items of value are purchased outright, paid at pickup, or consigned to auction, paid about 10 days after they sell.

  5. 05

    An emptied property

Usable items are donated and what can’t be sold or donated is disposed of. You end up with an emptied property and one point of contact throughout.

Clearout, buyout or cleanout-only?

Every estate is different. After the evaluation we recommend the option that fits.

Complete Estate Clearouts

One call empties the property. We evaluate the full contents, purchase or consign everything of value, donate usable remainder, and dispose of what cannot be sold — leaving the home ready for its next chapter.

Whole Estate Buyouts

We purchase the entire estate contents in a single transaction — a convenient, efficient solution for families, executors, and attorneys who need certainty and speed.

Cleanout-Only Services

Just need a property cleared? We charge a simple flat rate — offset by the value of any sellable merchandise in the cleanout — and handle removal of ordinary household contents, donation of usable items, and responsible disposal of the rest.

Storage Unit Buyouts

Skip the work of listing items one by one. We purchase entire storage unit contents in a single transaction — you simply meet us at the facility to let us in and open the unit. Units in lien status must go through the facility’s auction and cannot be purchased directly.

Common questions

How does a complete estate clearout work?

One call empties the property. We evaluate the entire contents, buy or consign everything of value, donate usable items, and dispose of what cannot be sold or donated. You end up with an emptied property and one point of contact for the whole process.

Do you buy everything in the house?

No — and it is the most common misunderstanding about what we do. We buy or consign items with enough resale value. In a complete clearout, the remaining contents are donated or disposed of as part of the service, so you still end up with an emptied property.

What if I just need a property cleared?

Ask about our cleanout-only service. We charge a simple flat rate, offset by the value of any sellable merchandise in the cleanout, and handle removal of ordinary household contents, donation of usable items, and responsible disposal of the rest.

Should I sort or throw things away before you look?

Please don’t. In a complete clearout we evaluate the entire contents, and things people assume are worthless can carry real resale value. Send photos of the property as it is, and we will tell you honestly what has value and what doesn’t.

Do you buy entire estates or storage units?

Yes. We buy whole estates and entire storage units in a single transaction, as well as individual high-value pieces. For a storage unit, you meet us at the facility to let us through the gate and open the unit. Units in lien status must sell through the facility’s own auction; we cannot buy those directly.
